Aplicor Named 2005 "Technology Business of the Year"
Boca Raton, Florida, April 21, 2005 - Aplicor, Inc., a global provider of on-demand CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) hosted business applications, today announced the company was named the recipient of the "2005 Technology Business of the Year" by Regions Bank, RSM McGladrey, Nova Schools of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Business Journal. Aplicor had been named one of seven finalists a month earlier.
The Business of the Year Awards recognize the accomplishments of the highest growth technology organizations. Award designation is based on corporate revenue growth, client acquisition growth, creation of jobs, customer success, commitment to employees and community involvement. When presenting the award, RSM McGladrey Florida President Frank Compiani spoke of the evaluation process and accomplishment, "With over 200 company evaluations, thorough reviews and on-site visits, being named the Business of the Year truly recognizes the top performing companies."
Aplicor CEO Chuck Schaeffer accepted the Technology Business of the Year trophy at the April 21st awards ceremony at the Hollywood Westin Diplomat Convention Center.
